Support
Check the places below first - most problems are explained right in Jira. If that does not help, send us a support request.
Check first
- The issue panel on the issue shows where it is synchronized and whether the last synchronization failed.
- Needs attention on the pairing's Overview lists the problems of your side, with a button to the place where they are fixed.
- The Activity tab of the pairing lists what was synchronized recently and what failed.
- A direction that shows "Paused" or "Needs attention" does not move anything until it is resumed or fixed.
What to include in a request
- Your Jira Cloud site address and the space key
- The partner's organization and space key, if a pairing is involved
- The key of an affected issue and roughly when the problem happened
- What you expected and what happened instead
Please do not send passwords or API tokens - IssueMesh never needs them.
Response times
During the pilot we answer on business days on a best-effort basis. If the IssueMesh Hub is unavailable for a while, changes made meanwhile are caught up when it is back.
