Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-05

This document is a draft and not yet in effect. Values in [brackets] are still to be filled in.

1. Parties and subject

These terms apply between [Company name], [Registered address], [Company ID and register entry] ("we") and the organization that installs IssueMesh or IssueMesh Free on its Jira Cloud site ("you"). They cover the IssueMesh apps for Jira Cloud and the IssueMesh Hub service they use ("the service").

2. Editions

3. Pilot operation

While IssueMesh is not on the Atlassian Marketplace, we install it through installation links we provide. We may change, extend or discontinue features; material changes are announced on this website in advance. Unless your agreement says otherwise, there is no service level agreement.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Our responsibilities

We operate the service with care, protect the data as described in the security overview and the privacy policy, and process data from your Jira only to synchronize it as configured (Data Processing Agreement, available on request).

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by incidents. Changes made during an interruption are caught up afterwards. Support: [support e-mail].

7. Liability

[Limitation of liability - to be completed: exclusion of indirect damages, cap of liability, no liability for data written into your Jira according to your settings or your partner's shared data, mandatory liability under applicable law unaffected.]

8. Ending

You can stop at any time: pause a direction, revoke a pairing or uninstall the app. On uninstall the Hub deletes your site's access token; pairings pause and end if the app is not installed again within 90 days. [Deletion of the remaining data after the end - per the retention rules.] We may end the service for a site that breaches these terms.

9. Intellectual property

IssueMesh remains ours. You get the right to use it for the duration of these terms. Your data remains yours.

10. Governing law

[Governing law, e.g. the laws of the Czech Republic]. [Competent court.]

11. Changes

We publish changes on this page with a new date, material changes in advance. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance.
